Can't log in to Montel Online: "The maximum number of users is already logged in."

This message can appear when trying to log in to Montel Online and is usually due to the login already being in use on another device or browser. For example, if you are already logged in to Montel Online on your office device then try to log in using the same login on your home device, mobile phone, or any other device.

A good practice is to manually log out of Montel Online before logging in on another device. Make sure to manually log out of Montel Online prior to deleting the browser cookies, as otherwise, this can cause issues when trying to log back into Montel Online. This is due to our systems considering the previous log-in session as active.
